Pet insurance??

Hello everyone, my name is Otis, and I am here to let all your dog owner aware of VPI insurance, they do not pay like they say they do, it has cost my owner a lot of money in one year.

my owner has found another company that cover's 80/20 which means he will be able to buy me more toys to chew on, and more chicken to eat........

Well I am not feeling well today I am still in the hospital and will be back soon home to play with my onwer.

That is strange that you say VPI has not paid for your claims. We've never had a problem with them as long as we fill out the claim form completely. I usually get a check in the mail within two weeks! Sorry about your experience and hope your Shih Tzu is okay...
